BAHIA DE LOS ANGELES FISHING
FOR YELLOWTAIL IS SLOW AND DEEP

Sept. 18, 2005, Abraham Vazquez, Bahia de los Angeles fishing, Baja California, Mexico:

Fishing at Bahia de los Angeles (L.A. Bay) is slow now. Yellowtails are still here, but the fishing action is down deep now. It has been slow and the few yellows are small. There are very few dorado left. Bait is easy to get now.

Bahia de los Angeles weather has changed. It is in the hi 80’s for a high with days of 90, and the low 70’s during the night with low humidity. The winds have been moderate out of the west for most of the week except today the wind started from the southeast and it's humid again. The water temperature is between 81-84 degrees. Bahia de los Angeles road conditions are great, gasoline pumping good and $2.10 dollars per gallon. There are no whale sharks inside the bay yet.
