TITLE COMPANY BOOKSTORE CLOSES FOR SUMMER SEASON

Hola everyone, and happy Father's Day from sunny smiling San Felipe. The weather is gorgeous, as it should be on a day celebrating DAD, overworked, under-appreciated person that he is all the rest of the year. The temperature on the balcony is 90 degrees, and it will surely travel higher today. The humidity is 55 percent so people have their air conditioners on, and at night it's only going down to about 70 degrees, so our summer weather is really getting going.

San Felipe bay is calm this morning, and steel blue. There have been lots of people in swimming, lots of skee-doos and inflatable water critters. San Felipe has been very much a "seaside resort" for a couple of weeks now.

The bookstore closes it's doors for the summer next weekend, so we won't be writing anymore reports until the end of August. We will be off getting more books and cards to start the new season with. Have a wonderful summer everyone.
