One-hundred six Cabo San Lucas fishing boats report the following summary numbers for the period 14-21 August 2004: 9 Blue Marlin, 59 Striped Marlin, 29 Pacific Sailfish, 64 Yellowfin Tuna including fish of 135 and 280 pounds, 82 Dorado, 11 Wahoo, 4 Skipjack, 9 Boats had no suerte.

Notable catches of the period:

Aug 14 aboard SHERIFF - Jerry Hirschfield boated two yellowfin tuna. One weighed 135# and the other 280#.

Aug 14 aboard CABO MAGIC - Michael Morra and John Rader visiting from North Attleboro, Massachusetts released 1 Cabo San Lucas Striped Marlin and boated 6 Yellowfin Tuna + 2 Skipjack.

Aug 15 & 16 aboard CABO MAGIC - Dick Sugarman, Brett Stein, David Norris, Connor Burke, Connor Burke, Jr. ~ Washington, D.C. released a Pacific Sailfish and boated a total of 8 Cabo San Lucas dorado, 2 yellowfin tuna + 1 wahoo.

Aug 17/18/19 - Cabo San Lucas Gold Medal Anglers of the week: Michael May & Bobby Pearsall impress with their 3 day totals aboard CABO MAGIC: Released 1 Blue Marlin, 3 Striped Marlin, 2 Pacific Sailfish and boated 4 Dorado and 2 Yellowfin Tuna

Aug 18/19 - The Silver Medal goes to Chris Padden and Vincent DeLeon visiting from Stevenson Ranch, California - returning to fish at Cabo San Lucas with us aboard MAREA released 1 Striped Marlin + 2 Pacific Sailfish and boated two dorado.

Finishing the Cabo San Lucas fishing week with a mini tournament Saturday August 21st fishing aboard BRONCO I and CABO MAGIC, the Bronze Medal goes to the Bob Giles Group of Lafayette, Louisiana for the release 5 Pacific Sailfish + 2 Striped Marlin.
