DORADO FISHING CENTERED ABOUT 25 MILES OUTSIDE ISLA CORONADO

The weather has been very nice during the week, with a little bit of north wind in the afternoon, but that has not been affecting the anglers.

Dorado are located in same Loreto fishing areas northeast of Coronado Island, around 25 miles away from Loreto. Anglers are catching a lot of dorado, with an average of 8-12 pounds, and just few up to 25 - 35 pounds.

Marlin & Sailfish: There are a lot of them in the Loreto fishing vacation area and their capture has been good once again. It continued to be good around Coronado and north of Carmen Island.

Roosterfish, are at San Bruno, north of Loreto, 15 miles, weighing 18 pounds each. They were catching a few per boat.

Mackerel & big eyes: Available on Coronado Island or from the Loreto marina (catching your own), or buy it early morning at the marina, at the price of 10 pieces for $15.00 U.S. and 20 pieces for $ 25.00 U.S.
