ALBACORE AND BLUEFIN TUNA CAUGHT AT ENSENADA
OFFSHORE 295 AND 220 FISHING SPOTS

Last Sunday on a tuna fishing trip out of Ensenada we got 2 albacore averaging 30 pound, close to the 238 spot. We came back early with some seasick anglers. Other Ensenada fishing boats got 8 more albacore.

During this week, the fishing action slowed down a little inside the bay, for a few barracuda, and some yellowtail at Punta Banda.

Today, local fishing at Ensenada is for a few barracuda and limits on bottom fish and lingcod. Today at the outer banks, a lot of boats did very well at the 295 and 220, with albacore and a few bluefin tuna, in calm water, and a water temperature averaging 64 degrees.
