June 26, 2005, Steve Ross, Bad Dog, Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico:

A few local Mexican sportfishing boats reported catching a few white seabass in Todos Santos Bay. One was reported caught in the midmorning while casting a Mega Bait on the barracuda.

Bad Dog fished in Todos Santos Bay and caught 14 barracuda for anglers Steve Ross, Gail Ross, and Marinero Alex "Jando" Ruiz. Some were caught on trolled Rapalas and many were caught throwing iron on bird spots. Some yellowtail were spotted at the Punta Banda area, but were too quick to cast to in the 3 to 5-foot swells and 62 degree off-color green water. The wind blew 10 knots or more all Friday and Saturday including the nights.

There were no albacore caught on the inside inner banks in 5-foot, blue, 64 degree seas. Some boats caught albacore 35 miles west of the lower 500.
