I'd like to give a little plug to Ernesto Mendoza of Los Barriles. He has a boat mechanic shop just north of that town right on Highway one. His reputation as an accomplished outboard man who is reasonable and reliable grows every day. He is a graduate of marine mechanic schools in Mexico City and Guadalajara, certified by Johnson/Evinrude and Yamaha, has computer diagnostic software and savvy on both those engines, 2 and 4 stroke.
